Knights Inn Bluefield

The staff was unfriendly and rude. When requesting extra towels I was given a hard time. Owners were unhelpful and rude.

Never changed our sheets the three days we were there. And left the curtain to the room wide open Saturday. But did give us clean towels every day.

I would not recommend it unless you want to stay in a dump with partiers keeping you up all night.

If you are going to stay here bring rubbing alcohol and some disinfectant. This joint is dirty, stinky, and old. My group wasn't there 20 minutes and the toilet broke. We called the front office and told the clerk of our dilemma and he assured us It would be fixed directly. Restroom pieced together. Carpet needs to be cleaned or at least swept. And replace all the burned out light bulbs.

We were very dissatisfied as were other travelers we spoke with. It was very dirty, hot and there was black mold on the bathroom walls and in the shower. There was debris on the floor and junk behind the tables. No attempt made to compensate for the broken A/C, offer fans or anything to alleviate the heat. Very satisfied with the property for the price.

I am a businessman so I have traveled and stayed in many hotels but this is the dirtiest hotel I have stayed. Floor wasn't vacuumed, cigarette butt was on the floor (Non-smoking room) ... Simply unbelievable! Never stay at Knight Inn again ...read more

I would not give this hotel a one star at all. I am not sure how it keeps the Knights inn name.

The hotel was adequate for the price; however, communicating with the staff was difficult.
